We are currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d) for our location in
Leipzig.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all HRrelated inquiries and ensure accurate payroll processing
  • Provide guidance and support to managers for conducting employee performance and development discussions
  • Offer legal support to managers for hiring, promoting, and terminating employees
  • Handle administrative tasks such as creating employment contracts, relevant documents, and references
  • Manage certification processes
  • Collaborate with the works council/disabled employees' representative
  • Participate in assessment centers for selecting and developing employees
  • Represent the HR department in various committees and projects, such as the occupational safety committee
  • Support the HR management in special topics and projects
  • Prepare special reports and analyses upon request

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business with a focus on HR or a comparable vocational training (e.g. HR specialist) with relevant work experience
  • Several years of experience in HR in the service sector, as well as in recruitment, employee management, and HR administration/payroll
  • Indepth knowledge of labor and social security law
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication
