Description
To strengthen our team at our location in Mooresville, NC, we are looking for support (m/f/d) for our PMO / back office in full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Handling daily office management and operating the telephone switchboard
- Travel management
- Partner management and related contract management
- Interface between sales and operations
- Support for our operational colleagues and the inspection office
- Administration of our ERP system (e.g. order management, project management)
- Support for M&A activities
- Support for human resources management
- General administrative tasks complete the range of tasks
Qualifications:
- You have a degree in business administration or a completed commercial apprenticeship
- You have relevant professional experience in PMO / assistant roles (career changers are also welcome)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
- Excellent German and good English skills in spoken and written form
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Reliable, structured, independent and solutionoriented way of working with a high quality standard
- Strong team player
