    Job Summary:

    Ruggable is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their expanding team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will oversee print, production, and warehouse/logistics functions in a dynamic multi-shift operation. Responsible for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people metrics, you will drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and a culture of safety within the organization. This position presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated self-starter looking to join a high-performing and supportive team.


    What You'll Do:

    • Drive plant safety and promote Ruggable's value-based culture
    • Plan, organize, and execute daily operations to meet plant objectives
    • Support department managers in achieving KPIs and implementing corrective actions when needed
    • Analyze production capabilities and develop plans to align with business needs
    • Utilize data to identify and implement performance enhancements and waste reduction
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team
    • Recruit, train, and manage associates, leads, and supervisors
    • Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
    • Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and resource allocation
    • Lead strategic initiatives to drive company objectives

    What You'll Need to Have:

    Required:

    • 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
    • Experience in leading and developing a large team
    • Financial acumen including budgeting and resource allocation
    • Knowledge of industry standards, equipment, and regulations
    • Experience in process improvement and design
    • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, ops management, or equivalent
    • Preferred:
    • Fluency in Spanish
    • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification

    Compensation:

    • $100,000 - $120,000 per year base salary
    • Annual bonus based on role level
    • Employer matching for company sponsored 401K plan
