As a trainer, you will be part of our team and support us at our Keyport location.


Your responsibilities:


  • You will be the main point of contact for our customers in the area of seminars and seminar content for the hydraulic and pneumatic business units.
  • You will develop training materials and successfully conduct trainings internally and at customer sites.
  • Together with your colleagues, you will develop and implement new training strategies.
  • You will work with the key account management team to further develop market potential and position the company in new and existing markets.
  • Your goal is to inspire new customers for Kohler products and services and build longterm customer relationships.

Your profile:


  • Completed technical or commercial education with professional experience.
  • Proven practical experience in the field of hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • Ideally, you already have the necessary TÜV certificates (e.g. certified pressure equipment specialist).
  • Proficient in using common office programs.
  • Experience with ERP systems, ideally Navision.
  • Strong customer orientation and confident in dealing with customers.
  • Friendly and openminded with a professional demeanor.
  • Organizational skills and communication abilities.
  • Independent and efficient work style, combined with a high level of initiative.
