As a medium-sized family business, Himpe GmbH has been a specialist for individual solutions in measuring and testing technology for over 70 years.

With our team of approximately 50 employees, we design technically advanced products for process technology in various industries and are one of the leading providers of primary measuring devices.


We are currently looking for a:

Your responsibilities:

  • Conducting nondestructive material testing, particularly radiographic testing
  • Sample preparation and execution of destructive material testing
  • Calibration of technical measurements and conducting leak tests
  • Keeping records of test results

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training and certifications as a material tester (m/f/d)
  • Experience in conducting liquid penetrant testing (PT 1/2), magnetic particle testing (MT 1/2), radiographic testing (RT 1), and ultrasonic testing (UT 1/2)
  • Knowledge of destructive testing methods such as hardness testing, tensile testing, bending testing, and impact testing preferred
  • Familiarity with standards and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
  • Independent and meticulous work style with strong organizational skills
  • Reliability and willingness to work
  • Team spirit and communication skills
