We are a young and growing company in the construction industry, active as both a developer and a general contractor.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Construction Manager (m/f/d) in Springdale, UT.


Your responsibilities:


  • Coordination of architects, specialist planners, subcontractors, and authorities involved in the execution
  • Entrepreneurial responsibility, preparation, and handling of construction projects
  • Supervision and monitoring of construction projects in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality for both public and private clients
  • Supervision and management of construction site personnel
  • Measurement and billing
  • Calculation and tendering

Your profile:


  • Ideally, a degree in civil engineering or E2D engineering (m/f/x) or a comparable education as a construction technician (m/f/x), as well as initial professional experience in the abovementioned areas, are desirable
  • High selfinitiative, strong communication skills, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
  • Teamwork
  • Openness to new challenges
  • Knowledge of relevant technical standards and regulations, including calculation, tendering, and awarding
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Driver's license
