- Personnel planning for technical inspections
- Organization of worldwide inspections
- Coordination and tracking of inspection orders
- Commercial and technical correspondence worldwide
- Processing of customer inquiries
- Time tracking, quotation and invoice creation
- Various evaluations
- Data processing / provision
YOUR SKILLS:
- Commercial or technicalcommercial education, preferably in the field of freight forwarding or dispatching
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Word and Excel
- High customer orientation and adherence to deadlines
- Enjoyment of working in a team
