    Job DescriptionRole

    As a Generator Utility Sales Representative (also known as Industrial Equipment Sales Specialist, Electrical Equipment Sales Consultant), you'll create sales quotes, scope new sales opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally with operations and finance teams, gather and synthesize market data, and adhere to company policies and business ethics codes. You'll also need excellent prioritization skills and a strong attention to detail.

    Qualifications
    • 4-year degree from a technical school or college.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience with industrial or electrical equipment.
    • Sales experience with OEM and supplier negotiation.
    • Proficiency in electrical schematics, electrical troubleshooting, sourcing and procurement, supplier negotiation, and Microsoft Excel.
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment, customer service, and OEM.
    • Ability to understand technical documentation and moderate comprehension of contracts and terms and condition statements.
    • Experience with SCADA, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), HMI, and diesel engines is a plus.
