To support our team, we are currently looking for a dedicated

Teamlead Field Service Engineer / Team Leader Service Technician (m/f/d) in permanent employment in the NRW area

As the responsible person for all service activities in direct customer contact, you will be responsible for repairs, installations, maintenance, and shipping of Bio-Rad products. You will lead a team of field service technicians and also perform service activities yourself. This includes handling technical escalations, managing the team, and working closely with adjacent departments such as local sales teams and service administration to ensure smooth operations.

What you will achieve:

  • You will lead a dedicated team of 9 service technicians, ensure their level of qualification, and coordinate basic and advanced training. You will manage employee matters and conduct regular evaluations
