We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team in Athens. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will also involve supporting the sales team and managing various sales procedures and transactions.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online chat, to ensure excellent customer service.

2. Assist the sales team by conducting market research, identifying potential leads, gathering client information, and creating detailed client profiles.

3. Manage all communication related to client contracts, oversee order processing, track shipments, confirm deliveries, handle invoicing, process payments, and manage other sales procedures and transactions.

4. Address post-sales service matters, such as returns, exchanges, and complaints, in a timely manner to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.

Qualifications:
