Your Responsibilities
- Managing the recruiting process
- Supporting personnel matters from entry to exit
- Creating contracts, references, and other relevant personnel documents
- Planning and organizing team events
- Coordinating training measures
- Handling general assistance tasks and organizational activities
- Supporting the team in daily operations and projects
Your Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in a similar position
- Structured and independent way of working
- Communication skills, team spirit, and loyalty
- Organizational talent
