For the group service in a residential group for adults with disabilities in our residential facility in Schwabach, we are currently looking for a

Heilerziehungspflegehelfer/in (m/w/d)

with a maximum of 25 hours per week, in a permanent position.

These are your tasks:

  • Supporting residents in various areas of life
  • Individual assistance for personal, self-determined life design (support in leisure activities, promotion of participation in public life)
  • Co-planning and ensuring a structured daily routine
  • Individual basic care and health care
  • Maintaining the documentation system
  • Household tasks as part of the group service
  • Participation in staff meetings

You bring with you:

  • Completed vocational training as a Heilerziehungspflegehelfer*in, Altenpflegehelfer*in or a comparable qualification
  • Enjoyment in accompanying and supporting people with disabilities
  • Independent and self-reliant way of working and commitment
  • Willingness to work constructively and cooperatively in an interdisciplinary team
  • Willingness to represent the mission statement and principles of Lebenshilfe to the outside
