  • Job Description:
  • Your Challenge:
  • Internal system lead (process owner) and consultant for digital solutions related to travel management or other digital modules within the responsibility area
  • Leading global implementation projects including provider selection
  • Ensuring an appropriate change and demand management process to optimize and simplify processes supported by HR technology
  • Creating, monitoring, and tracking backlogs of requirements and change requests for modules
  • Responsibility for all tasks related to governance, quality, and value management for the implemented travel management system
  • Developing and ensuring enduser training so that they are able to use HR systems correctly, as a service in collaboration with the CCT team
  • Your Profile:
  • Education: Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on controlling/cost accounting or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience: Three to five years of experience in travel management or a related consulting role in a multinational environment
  • Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of project and transformation management
  • Knowledge of product development processes
  • Basic level of HR expertise
  • Experience with travel system implementations
