We are an established family-owned company with a towing service in Rice Lake, MN and we are looking for support in handling and forwarding orders over the phone.

We work with the Berlin Police, Berlin Fire Department, BSR, Mercedes, and other car dealerships.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

Answering phone calls and taking orders
Forwarding orders to drivers
Being a point of contact for customers and drivers
Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
Good proficiency in spoken and written German

Qualifications:
No prior experience necessary as thorough training will be provided on the job.
