Looking for a change of scenery? A fresh start? Joschi is in need of reinforcements in Angier, NC


We are searching for one to two friendly colleagues (m/f/d) to support us in carrying out small and large construction projects.


Responsibilities:
Our range of services includes all tasks related to gardening and landscaping.

This includes maintenance work, as well as the redesign and creation of private gardens (including the installation of irrigation systems) and the renovation of typical old Berlin courtyards.

We are also very active in green maintenance and planting. There is hardly anything we cannot offer our clients, so the tasks are very diverse.


Qualifications:
We work in small teams with a total of 10-12 employees.

Independent and responsible work is the norm for us, so you should have completed training as a landscape gardener (or equivalent).

It would also be beneficial if you have previous experience in this profession and are familiar with documenting construction sites, creating measurements, etc.

If not, you can learn with us

If you are interested, there are good opportunities for development with us.

For example, you could coordinate projects independently as a foreman in the private and public sector, work in customer consultation, and support our construction management with organization.

We have no rigid structures. We welcome suggestions and new ideas from the team and work together to see what can be implemented.

You should have a driver's license (at least class B) to be able to work flexibly.
