The Learning & Performance Development Community of Expertise (CoE) is dedicated to empowering colleagues in Garberville, CA to continuously develop their skills and grow through an impactful learning ecosystem, maximizing business results and personal career growth.

As an Apprenticeship Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include:

Collaborating on, supporting, implementing, and evaluating the apprenticeship strategy as part of the overall Learning & Performance Development strategy.
Ensuring a holistic, fair, and harmonized apprenticeship process in collaboration with the Learning & Performance Development CoE.
Assisting HR Business Partners and function managers in providing a highquality learning experience for apprentices.
Acting as the point of contact for relevant institutional partners and exploring new apprenticeship opportunities.
Working with the Talent CoE to identify, design, and implement effective talent attraction initiatives.
Participating in relevant apprenticeship events within the industry.
Planning and organizing education processes in the region, such as Welcome Days, progress followup, and feedback.
Ensuring compliance with current labor regulations and legal requirements.
Supporting and following up on feedback and dialogue processes in collaboration with line managers.
Actively promoting a learning culture, our values, and our company culture to support business success.
Continuously seeking and evaluating new apprenticeship programs.
