Director of Engineering for unified data platform in specific and multiple engineering managers across the data-as-a-service value stream. Considered a culture driver and responsible to support our values for their function. Nurture our leadership practices among the people manager and people resourced from the vendor across multiple teams.This remote, full-time, work-from-home role will report to Episource's VP of Engineering.

Author, manage, and deliver executive-level reporting, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports to help drive and translate recommendations into results.
Develop and track key KPIs across the team to track strategic goals, milestones, and accomplishments, analyzing deep-dive data to identify inefficiencies, drive to root causes, and propose improvement recommendations.

Seeking a seasoned leader with 5 years of people management expertise, including guiding managers and senior professionals and 8 years software engineering experience.
Experience in working with data-intensive applications and enterprise data platforms, preferably working with Snowflake, Kafka, and FHIR/healthcare-format.
Strong technical background to understand the complexities of software development projects, evaluate technical solutions, and guide the teams effectively.
