    **Description**

    The Hotel Manager provides exceptional leadership to hotel operations. They would manage the day to day operations of The Chateaux through daily preparation, collaboration with operational departments, and hands on management. Would lead by example and be willing to do everything that is asked of the team. Understands and adheres to the principal of making things matter and saying what you mean and meaning what you say.

    Day to Day tasks

    Prepares budgets and works with direct reports to ensure adherence to budgets to maximize profitability.

    Creates strategic initiatives to enhance the guest and team member experience. Understands team member and guest satisfaction results and communicates game plans to address need areas.

    Be available for guests, owners, and team members as needed. Leads by example. Extends professionalism and courtesy to guests at all times.

    Candidate Profile

    Should have experience as a leader at a luxury hotel or resort, have professional communication skills, experience preparing and managing budgets, and knowledge of Forbes Standards.
