    Tucked away in the Wasatch Mountains, Hyatt Centric Park City is your convenient base camp for alpine adventure, no matter the season.

    We are currently looking for passionate, upbeat hospitality professionals to join our amazing housekeeping team at Hyatt Centric Park City

    The Overnight Front Office Supervisor will support our hotel during the overnight hours. This individual maintains relationships and adheres to all policies and procedures as listed out by company policy.

    Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Handle guest check ins/check outs in accordance with hotel credit/cash handling policies.
    • Follow the hotel's rate structures, discounts and sell/upsell strategies.
    • Coordinate all guest requests, inform guests of hotel services, features and room amenities.
    • Prepare, set up, stock, take down, clean and provide quality beverages and food products, adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
    • Handle guest problems with courtesy, empathy, sincerity and care, both verbally and through written communication.
    • Create and cancel guest reservations through Reserve according to hotel policy.
    • Create conversations and share a moment by making a real connection with the guests.
    • Prepare incoming guest reservations according to guests' preferences.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
    • Assist guest with any luggage or package handling or delivery.
    • Answer incoming hotel calls and monitor all telecommunication systems.
    • Know and carry out specified duties in response to fire alarm, guest medical emergency and security threats.
    • Monitor CCTV and communicate any security concerns.
    • Use of various hotel specific technology such as Zingle, Opera, Reserve, Hotsos, Colleague Advantage, Infrasys etc.
    • This position is eligible for a $600 signing bonus You will receive $300 upon successful completion of 60 days, and the remaining $300 on your 90th day of employment.
