The work will include organizational and data entry tasks, marketing materials development, project lead tracking, proposal support, presentation development, internal team coordination, event support, and more.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to support and grow with a busy part of our companyQualificationsJob Duties:Assume the title of master juggler. You will be a detail-focused, schedule driven, multiple-hat-wearing, punctuation enforcing supporter.
You will have an eye for organization, a brain for strategic thinking, a dedication to strong communication, and a hunger for learning new concepts.
Maintain up to date data in various locations including Coffman's CRM, marketing database, backlog database, and more.Work hand-in-hand with companywide marketing gurus, engineers, and various departments on various administrative and marketing tasks.
Assist in preparation of marketing documents that convey technically complex concepts in a way that non-technical readers can understand. These materials will be prepared in collaboration with engineering and marketing staff.
Running company errands, such as routine shopping trips, picking up lunch for meetings, etc.
Maintaining kitchen and office supplies.
Maintaining the office in a clean and orderly manner, which will include light cleaning of shared spaces like the reception area, conference rooms and break rooms.
Assisting with the planning and coordinating company events which will include setting up and breaking down the event space, ordering food, and purchasing supplies.
Occasional scheduling staff travel, hotels, rental cars, and other logistics as necessary.Performing receptionist duties.
Working closely with other individuals in a team environment.
Other administrative and marketing duties as assigned.
You will have:
2+ years of administrative experience (required)2+ years of experience in the A/E/C industry or in a related field a plus.
High school diploma or GED (required)Pursuing or hold a degree in English, marketing, communications, business, or related field (preferred)Job experience and/or an educational background with an emphasis in writing or marketing.
A proficiency using MS Office 365 programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint).Most of our market materials are assembled in Adobe InDesign, so a working knowledge of this software is also desired.
Excellent communication skills.You will be working with many team members in other Coffman offices throughout the country, so clear written and interpersonal communication and strong listening skills are a must.
The ability to take direction and work independently while prioritizing tasks associated with simultaneous deadlines.Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
