Educational Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Planning, implementing and following up on educational activities and projects
  • Supporting and promoting children while considering individual interests and life circumstances
  • Informal conversations, parent and development meetings, parent evenings
  • Participation in team meetings, training sessions, supervision
  • Contributing to the organization of celebrations and events
  • Participation in the implementation of the Catholic profile of the institution

What we expect:

  • You have completed training as an educator, social pedagogue, child care worker or have an equivalent qualification according to §7 KiTaG
  • Solid pedagogical knowledge and the ability to respond appropriately to the needs of children and their families
  • You are reliable and able to handle challenging situations
  • You identify with the tasks, goals and values of the Catholic institution
