THE ROLE:

The Customer + Brand Experience Coordinator will support the Brand Experience team by working with experience team, design teams and consultants to ensure the tools, materials, and resources are catalogued, maintained, and distributed to drive the overall experience for every customer, This includes training materials, onboarding tools, tracking information, ensuring all customer touch points are met and review all feedback to identify trends and opportunities to be addressed.


DAY IN THE LIFE:


Technology

  • Act as the single source of contact for TJH Design Studio App updates, corrections, and additions managing communications and requests between TJH divisions and our technology consultant.
  • Support C+BX and the TJH Academy team with developing training and onboarding tools and resources for the Sales and Design versions of the TJH Studio App
  • Maintain the internal TJH tracking tools and resources for all technology items in production.

Design Studio

  • Support division design teams with technology training and tracking opportunities to make improvements to the physical experience and the technology experience for our homeowners.
  • Support C+BX with studio training
  • Support the division design teams with tracking and ordering library samples for the studio, homeowner black box supplies and homeowner sized samples for the black box experience.

Build Experience

  • Support C+BX and the TJH Academy team with developing training and onboarding tools and resources related to the BX team.
  • Participate in the development of BUILD Experience "Tool Kits". Manage existing Tool Kits and the online platform making sure the most current resources are available.
  • Support updates and enhancements to the customer journey flow
  • Act as the single source point of contact to the fulfillment team, managing weekly division requests for orders of BX referral generators.
  • Support and track all inventories with the BX fulfillment team making sure there are always adequate supplies on hand.

Eliant Survey

  • Act as the single source of access and updates for the TJH teams and our consultant
  • Provide weekly reports to consultants for all customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Support the needs of TJH with reports, data and information relating to Eliant and our teams.

Accounting

  • Code all weekly invoices for approval
  • Tracks spend to budget for all C+BX cost codes.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:


  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • College degree preferred.
  • 24 years of customer relations experience for an entire 12+ month process
  • Minimum 2 years Homebuilding or industry experience
  • Self-Motivated and accountable focus self & necessary partners on key initiatives; ability to prioritize, delegate, and follow through on tactical/operational issues.


The compensation range for this role is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
