    The Opportunity

    Home to some of Progressive Recruitment's Top Billers and fastest-growing Customer Accounts, this is a unique opportunity to join a growing team in one of the top-performing brands across 45 offices and 15 countries.

    Functions Of The Role

    • Manage a full desk of clients and candidates
    • Sourcing, screening, and assisting candidates through interview processes with clients
    • Creating a pipeline of contractors through relationship management and superb customer service
    • Market mapping and hunting new client accounts through LinkedIn networking, prospecting emails, and cold calling to gain meetings
    • Maintaining and growing client accounts once obtained
