Your tasks

In a team, you work together with colleagues and our clients from savings banks, banks, and insurance companies on projects focusing on our main topics:
- You accompany the (agile) transformation towards future-oriented organizations - pilot projects or holistic, but always with people at the center.
- You shape innovation processes, present relevant mega and macro trends, and deal with their impact on strategy and implementation.
- You constantly put yourself in the shoes of target groups such as young customers, best agers, or employees and develop solution proposals for their needs.
You develop effective process models, design workshops, and conduct them with our clients in a way that creates the greatest possible benefit.
You generate new approaches, contribute to our social media team, or get involved in internal initiatives.

Your skills

You have experience in consulting with a focus on change management/transformation, ideally in collaboration with financial service providers, or have intensively accompanied the transformation of a bank from within.
