    SHORT DESCRIPTION: Performs all duties related to Accounts Payable.

    QUALIFICATIONS: 3-5 years accounting experience

    1. Perform accounting and clerical functions to support Finance Manager.
    2. Code and input invoices into ERP system.
    3. Match invoices to purchase orders.
    4. Research, track, and resolve invoice and/or purchase order discrepancies.
    5. Issue checks for accounts payable.
    6. Place checks in envelopes and mail out.
    7. Maintain up to date check register and cleared checks.
    8. Assist with administration tasks
    9. Assist with expense reports and credit cards
    10. Cash receipts updating and management
    11. Filling
    12. Assist with month end closing and reporting.
    13. Any other duties assigned
