    Our company, Emerald Heating & Cooling in Depew, NY, is actively seeking to hire a full-time Lead HVAC Service Technician to go into clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their heating and cooling systems while also advising, mentoring, and supervising our newer techs. We are looking for an individual to start out as a Lead HVAC Service Technician and later advance into an HVAC manager or supervisor.     ABOUT EMERALD HEATING & COOLING

    We've said it before, but any problem clients face with their heating or cooling units will be just another day at the office for us. It may seem like a nightmare if a heater is broken during the winter, but we've encountered plenty of these challenges before and know exactly how to solve them in the quickest, most efficient way possible.     QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

    • EPA certification
    • 5+ years of heating and air conditioning experience
    • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

    Management experience is a plus but not required. Are you motivated to further your heating and air conditioning career as a skilled HVAC technician? Can you quickly troubleshoot and fix issues? Are you dependable, hardworking, and attentive to safety? Do you have good communication skills and the ability to express technical information in layman's terms? Are you a natural-born leader with the ability to move into an HVAC manager role? If so, you may be perfect for this position
