Refined Signs and Mailboxes has been working with developers, designers, architects, property managers, and contractors for over 20 years in the southwestern United States.
We provide end-to-end service for commercial signs and mailboxes.We handle everything from design to manufacturing to installation, and ensure our clients meet all coding requirements for city ordinances, fire safety, and United States Postal Service approvals.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Sign Maker to join our team.
As a Sign Maker, you will be responsible for leading the design, fabrication, and installation of a variety of signs and mailboxes for our clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your artistic abilities and contribute to the visual branding of businesses.Duties:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Design and create custom signs using various materials such as vinyl, acrylic, metal, and wood
- Operate signmaking equipment including vinyl cutters, plotters, and large format printers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep uptodate with industry trends and new signmaking techniques
- Create USPS submissions for new and replacement mail deliveries
- Coordinate and submit orders with our vendors
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Sign Maker or in a similar role
- Proficient in graphic design software such as FlexiDesign, Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce highquality work
- Knowledge of signmaking materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret design specifications and blueprints
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or scaffolding when installing signs

$70, $80,000.00 per year
