Business Development

Responsibilities:


  • Execute on outbound prospecting techniques and qualifying leads at a pace and quality to consistently hit and exceed monthly goals
  • Log activity consistently and reliably
  • Build and maintain trustbased professional relationships with key decision makers
  • Work at a fast pace environment while operating with a high sense of urgency
  • Communicate proactively with all decision makers and influencers
  • Plan daily, hit specific activity benchmarks and close business
  • Work well with the operations team members, leveraging their expertise with yours
  • Must be selfdriven and execute company objectives
  • Must be a team player with strong communication skills
  • Must be able to create, budget and organize marketing plans that achieve company objectives.

Requirements:


  • Experience managing multiple projects and able to multitask in a large territory
  • Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Highly competitive, positive, and results driven sales person
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to build clientcentric and solution/valuebased proposals
  • Working experience with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Local knowledge and contacts in one or more market segments preferred
  • Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance
  • An associate degree in landscape, horticulture or related field a plus
  • A valid driver license and a good driving record required
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Pay:
$60, $100,000.00 per year
