Business Development
Responsibilities:
- Execute on outbound prospecting techniques and qualifying leads at a pace and quality to consistently hit and exceed monthly goals
- Log activity consistently and reliably
- Build and maintain trustbased professional relationships with key decision makers
- Work at a fast pace environment while operating with a high sense of urgency
- Communicate proactively with all decision makers and influencers
- Plan daily, hit specific activity benchmarks and close business
- Work well with the operations team members, leveraging their expertise with yours
- Must be selfdriven and execute company objectives
- Must be a team player with strong communication skills
- Must be able to create, budget and organize marketing plans that achieve company objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience managing multiple projects and able to multitask in a large territory
- Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Highly competitive, positive, and results driven sales person
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to build clientcentric and solution/valuebased proposals
- Working experience with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
- Local knowledge and contacts in one or more market segments preferred
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance
- An associate degree in landscape, horticulture or related field a plus
- A valid driver license and a good driving record required
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
Pay:
$60, $100,000.00 per year
