    Job Responsibilities:

    • Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers via phone or email, addressing inquiries and offering assistance professionally.
    • Problem-Solving: Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
    • Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
    • Dispatching: Efficiently allocate resources based on customer needs and other factors.
    • Product Knowledge: Learn about the company's products and services to assist customers effectively.

    Work Environment:

    • Regular shifts between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
    • Office-based work, not remote.
    • Noisy but moderate office environment with standard office equipment.
    • Requirements like walking, sitting for long periods, and attention to detail.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; AA or BA preferred.
    • 1-3 years of customer service or administrative experience preferred.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and remain customer-centric.
    • Capacity to handle high-stress situations with professionalism.
    • Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Salary Description: $29.00 per hour.
