    Customer Service Representative

    We are seeking for a Customer Service to carry out the administrative management of internal and external clients assigned.

    Among other roles and responsibilities:

    · Management of incoming orders and documents required.

    · Prepare needed documents to handle the orders.

    · Update and manage the clients data base, including commercial conditions.

    · Knowledge of the product, commercial conditions and market characteristics.

    · Provide support to the salesforce regarding orders, invoices and documents.

    · Advice the clients and salesforce, providing necessary information related to orders and commercial conditions.

    · Respond to claims and complains of the client, providing solutions or transferring the claim to the right person, ensuring the resolutions and the client's satisfaction.

    · Conduct a follow-up of pending invoices, giving support to the Commercial Area in the claim of non-paid invoices from the clients.

    Requirements:

    · Bilingual in English & Spanish

    · Experience in similar position.

    · SAP Knowledge is PLUS

    · Authorized to work in US.

    Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $ $20.00 Per Hour
