    Job Title: Social Media Strategist

    Location: Austin, TX

    Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic team. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive growth across all relevant platforms.

    Responsibilities:
    1. Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's objectives and target audience.
    2. Manage all social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
    3. Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
    4. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    5. Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and lead generation.
    6. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and insights, and use data to optimize social media strategies and tactics.
    7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative ideas to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
    8. Foster relationships with influencers, partners, and industry thought leaders to amplify our brand reach and credibility.
    9. Provide guidance and support to team members or external agencies involved in social media activities.
    Qualifications:
    1. Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices for each platform.
    2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
    3. Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content ideas and storytelling concepts.
    4. Proficient in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms.
    5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
