    Summary



    This position is in Region 3, Enforcement and Compliance Assurance Division, Data Support Branch.

    About Region 3.

    This is an office-centered position*--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis.
    *Work-from-home flexibilities may be authorized as described in the Benefits section.



    Duties


    At the entry level of this position, you will:

    Conduct data entry for various data bases of record for enforcement data, including but not limited to: Integrated Compliance Information System (ICIS), ICIS-National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (ICIS-NPDES), Case Pipeline tracking systems, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Info, Safe Drinking Water Information System (SDWIS) database, and/or Oil Database;

    Assist in collaborating with State environmental agencies to identify basic program areas needing attention;

    Assist in the development of enforcement data for use by senior engineers, scientists, and senior managers;

    Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for briefings with internal and external customers.

NOTE: Career ladder promotions are not automatic, and all eligibility and qualifications requirements must be met in order to progress to the next grade level.
