Your Responsibilities

Monitoring and coordination of all trades in turnkey construction and/or structural construction
Responsibility for execution, quality and deadline control of subcontractor work
Documentation of construction progress and quality inspections
Coordination of defect rectification and preparation and execution of acceptance procedures

Your Profile

Completed training as a certified foreman (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d), or master craftsman (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
Ideally several years of experience in building construction
Good knowledge of MS Office products
Assertiveness and sense of responsibility
High level of commitment and teamwork skills
