    Description

    Job Requirements

    • Install, maintain, and repair assembly machinery including machine tooling, mechanics, electronics, and pneumatics
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through exemplary service, providing training, and start-up support
    • Identify, analyze, and rectify equipment failures promptly and effectively
    • Promote and market products and services strategically to customers
    • Travel overnight as needed to address service calls beyond the usual geographic area
    • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and engineering drawings
    • Proficient in electrical principles, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automated machine functions
    • Skilled in troubleshooting electro-mechanical assemblies using established methodologies
    • Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, servo motors, and motion control systems
    • Competent in using hand and power tools for maintenance and repair tasks
    • Capable of conducting equipment tests and inspections using appropriate testing equipment

    Job Qualifications

    • HS Diploma or Associates Degree
    • Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns 3-5 years in the practical application of electronics and technology 3-5 years of design, build or troubleshooting of pneumatic and/or hydraulic assembly machinery preferred
    • Knowledge of servo motors and drives
    • Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings
    • Knowledge and understanding of PLC's and HMIs
    • Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and automated machine functions and can troubleshoot
