    Description

    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Base Salary Range: $55,000 to $75,000 (depending on experience)

    As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at L&S, you will kickstart your recruitment journey by focusing on various entry to mid-level manufacturing roles. Additionally, you'll have the chance to expand your horizons by recruiting for positions in Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance/Accounting, Engineering, and more. You'll also play a part in managing our internship programs and collaborating with various organizations.

    Responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

    • Lead end-to-end recruiting for various roles
    • Collaborate with hiring managers
    • Develop social media recruitment strategies
    • Utilize cutting-edge recruiting tools
    • Create engaging content across platforms
    • Enhance candidate assessment processes
    • Strengthen our talent brand
    • Support HR programs and initiatives


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of recruiting experience
    • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and social media platforms
    • Strong project management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Desire for innovation in talent acquisition
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office


    Work Environment:

    Combination of office setting and exposure to manufacturing operations.
