- Identify opportunities for process improvement in regard to customer experience/production practices
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle report (MVR)
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a customer-facing role
- Some experience in copy/print services industry preferred
- Hands-on experience operating scanning/imaging equipment, document conversion, and software highly desired
- Intermediate computer skills/knowledge

Description
The Office Support Representative/Resource Center Specialist (Float) is responsible for providing copy/print production, mail services, and other customer related services at various client sites throughout the Columbus and Greenwood area depending on the designated need. This job offers the opportunity to gain extensive skills in the copy/print/mail center industry and the ability to "float" between locations on a regular basis (monthly schedule to be provided in advance). Hours will vary between 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., depending on the site you are working at.
