- Support inbound calls from members and perform financial transactions
- Proactively identify and recommend the best products and services for members' needs
- Maintain knowledge of services such as insurance, investments, and mortgage
- Provide 5-star customer service to all members and create a lasting impression
- Meet quarterly metrics and service objectives, along with meeting quarterly sales goals
- Traditional medical, dental, and vision coverage
- 401K matching up to 5% per pay period
- Accrue up to 17 days of Paid Time Off during your first year of employment
- 11 paid federal holidays
- Special employee pricing on lending products such as mortgage, auto, and personal loans
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role required
- Must have experience in a performance-based environment (i.e. individual sales goals and metrics)
- Ability to listen to member needs and suggest appropriate financial products tailored to their needs
- Must be comfortable meeting deadlines and working within a fast-paced environment while providing stellar customer service
- Possess excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, overcome objections, and understand member concerns
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
