Creating Fascination:

Your Tasks:

Contact person for all recruiting topics from job posting to targeted sourcing strategy
Building necessary networks and coordination, possibly with involved service providers
Candidate identification and approach through direct sourcing, social media, networks, etc.
Analysis of new sourcing channels and trends, as well as support for HR marketing projects
Building, expanding, and maintaining candidate pools to ensure a longterm talent pipeline
Participation in job fairs and special marketing projects to increase regional awareness

Your Qualifications:

Successfully completed business education with a focus on human resources or comparable vocational training
First experience in active sourcing, recruiting, sales, or personnel consulting, preferably through internships, working student positions, etc.
Effective communication in German and English

Selfinitiative, solutionoriented, and willingness to implement innovative ideas
