We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join our SAP Product Learning Design team. In this role, you will create educational materials to support our learning audiences.

Our goal is to deliver a world-class learning experience and performance support that helps SAP customers and partners improve people's lives and make the world a better place.


Design and Development Expertise

  • Lead the design and development of training initiatives for SAP products and solutions by creating learning curricula and eLearning courses.
  • Collaborate with Product Learning COE teams to analyze, design, and develop elearning content to support digital transformation efforts.
  • Identify the knowledge, skills, and competencies required for learners to complete job tasks.
  • Transform technical content into engaging and immersive learning experiences.
  • Use various eLearning and video development tools (such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, SAP Enable Now, Alfresco, and Camtasia) to create courses
