  • Ensure efficient personnel planning within your area of responsibility
  • Lead and provide professional guidance to your regional nursing teams
  • Individual and needsbased development of employees
  • Monitor the entire nursing and care process and ensure our quality standards
  • Advise our patients and their families on the type and scope of necessary outpatient care
  • Manage admissions and occupancy of assisted living communities in your region
  • Coordinate collaboration with doctors, therapists, and other partners

What you should bring:

  • Registered nurse or certified geriatric nurse with a completed further education in nursing management or a degree in nursing management
  • Several years of professional experience, particularly in caring for critically ill and ventilatordependent patients
  • Experience in home care, especially in home intensive care, is advantageous
  • Enthusiasm and flexibility
  • Strong organizational skills and high level of social competence
  • Cooperative and motivating leadership style
