We are looking for support at our DRK nursing facility Käthe-Bernhardt-Haus in Husum.
Tasks
- Responsibility, management and organization in nursing on the living area
- Treatment, advice and care in accordance with the nursing mission statement and nursing concept
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of work processes
- Contact person for residents, relatives and employees
Your profile
- Examination in geriatric or nursing care
- Further training for leading a nursing unit desirable
- Experience in dealing with residents with dementia desirable
- Organizational talent, commitment and confident appearance
- Assertiveness and conflict management skills
