    Opportunity:

    As the Marketing Intern, you will get direct exposure and experience in the exciting world of Luxury Beauty. You will be responsible for managing projects supporting the Prestige Retail and Ecommerce team with partners like Amazon and Sephora, working across Kao's Salon Brands including Oribe, Kerasilk, KMS, and Goldwell. During this three-month internship, you will develop an understanding of omni-channel marketing strategies and bringing new products to market while collaborating with cross functional teams.

    This role is open to December 2024 graduates or May 2025 graduates and pays $18-$20 per hour.

    Responsibilities:

  • Audit product pages across top partners, update content & identify areas of opportunity
  • Optimize and update Amazon content including keywords, A+ content, copy and imagery
  • Complete a competitive brand analysis
  • Assist in organizing and tracking marketing coverage
  • Assist with new product launch process
  • Assist with marketing reporting
  • Organize sampling calendars
  • Write creative briefs for various marketing materials
  • Attend meetings with relevant cross functional partners
  • Ad hoc responsibilities such as assisting with reporting, managing asset catalogs and digital file management
  • Option to lead a research project on a topic of your choosing

  • Undergrad student graduating 2025, studying Marketing or a related field
  • Passionate about the beauty industry
  • Enjoy analyzing data and making strategic recommendations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and time management skills
  • Proactive and a resourceful problem solver
