Description

Responsibilities Conduct data and quality analysis including data mapping validation and remediation solution delivery QA and issue analysis/resolution.

Lead and develop use/test cases and test data to deliver high quality solution results and support the customer and internal teams during all customer Acceptance Testing phases.

Communicate and train others on NICE ACTIMIZE solutions – overall business value and process as well as detailed features and functionality.

Contribute overall to the team's continual improvement process by preparing System Development Life Cycle documents including. deliverables checklist business requirements design diagram specifications QA & UAT test plans lessons learned. Use best practice methods quality standards and guidelines on all project phases. Integration design for data exchange import and export. Travels to customer site to conduct work in a professional and organized manner.
Experience Experience implementing enterprise software in KYC domain or with an Actimize AML solution. Data analysis or reporting skills including intermediate SQL. Outstanding customer-facing written and verbal communication skills. Data Analysis experience preferred. QA or Data Analysis experience preferred.
