- Currently holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

- Serve as the "translator" between business leaders and the workflow automation coders, ensuring that both sides are understood and can agree on a path to move projects forward
- Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Document business processes, requirements, and workflow automation projects
- Set clear deadlines for teams to meet
- Work closely with workflow automation coders to ensure deliverable timelines are met and projects continue to move forward
