ETRADE By Morgan Stanley is looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst to work in Technology Operations. The position will be responsible for working with Operations managers across the department. The position will involve harvesting KPIs across Infrastructure technology and reporting them to the management.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into digestible information that improves corporate processes.

Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Working knowledge of the ITIL 4.0, Confluence and Jira would be a definite plus.

Responsibilities

Work closely with technical managers to understand the functional & technical metrics that needs to be reported
Map the reporting requirements to specific data sources and operational procedures
Maintain the authoritative source for all the functional and operational reports
Lead the creation of monthly operational reports
Perform data analysis to spot trends and presents findings to operational leadership
Work with technology SMEs to define and maintain reporting dashboards
Liaison with stakeholders across the firm to define the reporting timelines and ensure that deadlines are met
Support Risk / Audit queries related to operational metrics
Led small to mid-size operational projects working with Project managers and technical SMEs
Updating, implementing and maintaining technical operational procedures
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
Managing competing resources and priorities
Monitoring deliverable and ensuring timely completion of projects
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in business analysis or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint) and working knowledge of Remedy and Service Now
ITIL Certification will be a plus
Working knowledge of Atlassian Suits of Products (Confluence, Jira)
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
Excellent documentation skills
Client focus, ownership and enthusiasm for the role
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
