    Job Responsibilities

    • Track all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership.
    • Locate available parts when the dealership is out of stock.
    • Handle parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly through the service department and collision repair shop.
    • Pack and ship parts back to the manufacturer occasionally, and complete the appropriate record keeping.
    • Refer to the parts manuals (both hard copy and electronic format) to identify exactly the right part(s) for the make, model and year of vehicles being serviced.
    • Full Time and Part Time positions available

    Job Requirements

    • 2+ years Automotive Parts Experience
    • Automotive knowledge including: inventory systems, vehicle systems such as brakes, suspension/steering, electrical, engines, fuel, systems, air conditioning/heating and engines
    • Internet sales experience a PLUS
    • Excellent customer service
    • Excellent communication skills in person and via phone
    • Exceptional organizational skills
    • Reynolds and Reynolds experience PREFERRED
    • Team oriented
    • Problem solving
    • Multitasking in a high volume environment (you won't get bored here)
    • Ability to be flexible to help department achieve it's goals
