Job Description:
BDC Manager


This position is directly responsible and accountable for maximizing sales and/or service profitability of the Business Development Center to agreed levels of performance.

Overall scope is to ensure expense control to agreed budget.

Objectives and Key Tasks

  • To formulate targets for each business
  • Development Representative and ensure achievement appointment show ratio.
  • Monitor business development department financial performance vs. budget weekly
  • Achieve a minimum standard monthly
  • To fulfill Service Appointment Goals
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • To manage and lead the BDR team to attain a minimum performance of sales ration from incoming calls.
  • To manage and lead the BDR team to contact every unsold opportunity to measure satisfaction and take appropriate action.
  • To manage and lead the team to contact every delivered customer to company policy/franchise requirement.
  • To manage and lead the team to contact all customers during survey period to company policy/franchise requirement.
Also responsible for maintaining Relations with department managers
