    Responsibilities

    Sierra Vista Hospital is seeking a talented and dynamic Director of Utilization Management to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals

    Located in Sacramento, California, Sierra Vista Hospital is a compassionate behavioral health facility and a center of support for adult and adolescent patients and their families.

    Since 1986, we have offered our clinical expertise to those suffering from behavioral health disorders or dual diagnosis.

    Our private 171-bed facility is home to a clinical team of licensed professionals committed to providing the highest quality care.

    We also provide inpatient alcohol detox and outpatient chemical dependency services.

    Position Summary:


    The Clinical Director of Utilization Management is responsible for the development of best practice review and oversight of clinical documentation per standards, organizational development of the manager and direct staff.

    The director will support the clinical standards per Title -9, CMS and other regulatory bodies as required and support the plan of Sierra Vista Hospital.

    Qualifications

    Social Work Licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) from accredited program; or Bachelors' degree in professional nursing required. A minimum of Two (2) years' experience in Utilization Management or Assessment and Referral preferred.
