    Assistant Maintenance Manager

    What You Will Be Doing:

    • Execute the plant's preventative and predictive maintenance program to ensure reliable operational performance of bakery equipment and processes.
    • Plan, organize, direct, and control the work done by Mechanics utilizing the plant's PM program.
    • Provide technical support for Controls, electrical and mechanical systems, and equipment
    • Monitor Maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and PM system reports, initiating actions to enhance maintenance performance

    What We Need From You:

    • Ensure maintenance procedures align with company standards and policies.
    • Capable of working in an environment with flour dust.
    • Proficient in English to understand and follow work and safety instructions.
    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in the food industry.
    • Strong knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) is beneficial.
    • Operational experience in electrical circuitry, and bread and roll production equipment repair.
    • Refrigeration and fuel burning equipment knowledge is essential.
    • Computer literate with a track record of team leadership.
    • Mental and visual ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings, gauges, meters, etc.
