Our client is a Tier1 supplier in the aviation industry. As a partially sole supplier of key technologies, they have an excellent market positioning and are strategically well prepared for the future.

The Position

The pursuit of excellence in the aviation industry requires constantly setting and achieving new goals. For this reason, the company, starting from a solid market position, is currently undergoing a transformation at all levels towards greater efficiency, enabling new products and further improving the competitive situation.

The company's production area is divided into several autonomous production units (APUs) for metal processing. For the management of one of these units, we are looking for someone who is agile, enjoys challenges with passion, likes to shape and is not afraid of change, is a driving force and takes their team on the journey in every situation.
